Stock Items – Fullfilment To qualify for free delivery, a single order value must amount to above £75.00 net of VAT, designated to a single delivery address. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you & advise of the revised dispatch schedule.
Consignments will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds.All goods remain the property of Fiddes & Son Ltd, until paid for in full. Any damages to goods received on transit, must be reported within 24 hours.
Please contact us on 02920 340323. Flammable or hazardous materials must be returned via a Courier Company licensed to carry these products. All unwanted ‘standard’ goods must be returned in perfect condition & unused within 28 days of purchase. The original delivery charge is non refundable. Any damage to the product returned, will be assessed and charged accordingly on receipt. Please include a copy of the original purchase receipt. Please mark your package ‘Returns’, and send to our standard address. If goods are received damaged in transit, please notify us within 3 working days via email, detailing the condition and extent of the damages, and we will exchange free of charge once assessed.
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please call us immediately for a full refund on standard stock items.
Once we receive the returned consignment and assessed condition, we will issue a refund within 7 days, directly to the purchaser, minus the original delivery charge and any credit card fee unless the goods were delivered damaged or deemed faulty.
